All balloons that leave us are left in prime condition. Should you receive balloons and a balloon has gone down then we will need to know immediately with a photo so we can replace or rectify the problem as quickly as possible. On occasions balloons we use from the top suppliers could have a tear or a small hole, if this is the case then we will always replace it with the same balloon, if the same balloon is not available then we will use another balloon of the same theme and match the other colours accordingly.
At Everything 2 Party, we aim to get to all Venues within the timescale booked. On some Occasions if an accident has taken place or traffic is very busy, this may be out of our control, the customer will always be informed in due cause.
Events are only booked in once a deposit or full payment is made. If no payment is made then your booking is not booked. All balance payments need to be paid 8 weeks before the Event or 12 weeks for all Weddings.
All deposits paid on any Event Hire are non returnable. The deposit covers your order on the date requested so it doesn’t get booked out to any other persons.
If the full balance is paid and you wish to cancel your Event with us, we will take off a 25% deposit fee providing your Event is more than 6 weeks from the date you wish to cancel. If the Event is within 4 weeks then 50% will be deducted from all monies paid. This is because we havn’t been able to book it elsewhere as it was booked for your Event.
If your Event is cancelled within 2 weeks then we are not obliged to give any refund as the likelihood of hiring out the items the customer ordered at such short notice is highly unlikely.
